  1. 1. RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS1.1. You may make a reservation at Hotel Belvedere in one of the following ways:\u2022 directly via the reservation form on our website: https:\/\/www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com\u2022 by emailing us at: reception@hotelbelvedere-bg.com\u2022 by submitting an inquiry through the contact form on our website: https:\/\/www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com\u2022 by calling: +359879015227\u2022 by visiting the hotel in person. <\/p>

    1.2. If a reservation is made directly via the booking form on our website (https:\/\/www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com), it is considered confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment:– payment by credit\/debit card \u2013 immediately;– bank transfer \u2013 within 3 days of the reservation date.<\/p>

    1.4. You will receive a confirmation of your booking at the e-mail address you provided. It specifies the type and number of rooms reserved, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children indicated in the booking request, the meal plan, and the total amount due. <\/p>

    1.5. A guarantee deposit is required, amounting to 30% of the total reservation cost; this sum must be transferred within 3 (three) days of the date the reservation is made. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the check-in date. If fewer than 14 days remain before the check-in date, the full amount must be paid.
    If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a guarantee deposit has been paid, the penalties described below in the cancellation terms will apply.<\/p>

    1.6. Upon payment of the required deposit, your reservation becomes valid; however, it is considered definitively CONFIRMED only after the specified payment for the particular booking has been made and confirmation of receipt of payment has been received.<\/p>

    1.7. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>

    2. CANCELLATION TERMS2.1. You may cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:\u2022 by emailing us at: reception@hotelbelvedere-bg.com\u2022 by notifying us via the contact form on our website. <\/p>

    2.2. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, the client is not liable for any penalty, except in cases involving reservations made under special holiday packages, for which specific terms regarding booking and cancellation are separately outlined.<\/p>

    2.3. In the event of a reservation cancellation less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, a penalty applies as follows:– For cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date: 100% of the total reservation amount.<\/p>

    2.4. Hotel Belvedere reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotelier’s control.In such cases, the hotelier shall:\u2022 Offer the guest accommodation for a different period, maintaining the same terms and rates.\u2022 Refund the deposit paid by the guest within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request from the guest, without incurring any penalty.<\/p>

    3. ACCOMMODATION TERMS3.1. Check-in and check-out times:\u2022 Check-in: daily from 15:00\u2022 Check-out: by 11:00 <\/p>

    3.2. For early check-in or late check-out, each additional hour is subject to a charge in accordance with the pricing policy for early check-in and late check-out.<\/p>

    Reservations are held until 24:00 on the scheduled day of arrival.<\/p>

    3.4. Check-in at the hotel requires the presentation of identification documents to verify the guests’ identities; for children, a document verifying their age\u2014such as a copy of a birth certificate or a passport\u2014is required. The data you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations governing information security; it is processed solely for the purpose of complying with the requirements established by the Tourism Act. Please review the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY FOR CLIENTS OF “AS Hoteli” EOOD (found under the “Personal Data Policy” section). <\/p>

    5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES5.1. Hotel Belvedere undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for by them, in full. <\/p>

    5.2. Hotel Belvedere undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.<\/p>

    5.3. Hotel Belvedere is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.<\/p>

    5.4. Any complaints regarding the quality of the paid services must be raised by the client on-site at the hotel so that the shortcomings can be addressed. Such complaints must be submitted in writing. If the claims are not resolved, the client should request that a representative of the hotel draw up an official report. Within 30 (thirty) days of the report being drawn up, the client will receive an official response regarding the issue from the hotel management. <\/p>

    5.5. Amounts paid for services that were requested but remained wholly or partially unused due to the client’s fault are not refunded.<\/p>

    5.6. All prices listed on the Hotel Belvedere website, as well as those in emails sent by the hotel to the client, are in euros and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, these prices may be subject to other offers, promotions, or conditions. Should you require further information regarding our offers, our team is at your disposal. <\/p>

    5.7. The costs for additional services are not automatically included in the final price and must be paid for separately at the hotel.<\/p>

    5.8. The hotel is not liable for items lost, left behind, or stolen from guest rooms (if kept outside the in-room personal safe), restaurants, or common areas, nor for damages caused by third parties.<\/p>

    5.9. The guest assumes responsibility for observing generally accepted standards of proper conduct during their stay at the hotel. The guest is liable for all costs related to any material damage caused to the hotel. <\/p>

    5.10. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms at Hotel Belvedere, in accordance with national legislation. Therefore, in the event of a violation of this policy, the hotel reserves the right to impose a fee of 200.00 (two hundred) euros, without prior notice. <\/p>

    5.11. Guests using the services of Hotel Belvedere must be of legal age under Bulgarian law (i.e., at least 18 years old). Children are permitted only when accompanied by their parents or other legal guardians. Guests are required not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises. <\/p>

    5.12. Hotel Belvedere reserves the right to change the information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide correct and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed. <\/p>

    5.13. By making a reservation, a guest is deemed to have reviewed and agreed to this Accommodation Policy. Reservations made via telephone, email, or through our website constitute a contractual relationship. Making a payment is considered acceptance of the Accommodation Policy. <\/p>

    5.14.
