1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation for Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we have received and
processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability
of your accommodation.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your
reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number
of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of
adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the
amount due.

1.4 Upon confirmation by us, a security deposit of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the booking is required and must be paid within 3 /three/ days from the date of booking. The balance must be paid within 14 days prior to the date of check-in. If less than 14 days remain until the start date, you must pay the full amount.

1.5. Where a security deposit
has been requested in advance, your booking is valid but is deemed to be finally
CONFIRMED once the specified payment has been made for the specific booking and
confirmation of payment received has been received by e-mail.

1.6. In the event of
non-payment within the described time limit, the hotel reserves the right
to cancel the reservation.

1.7 Tourists staying with children must bring and present at the reception before check-in: birth certificate or international passport of the children.

1.8 A 10% commission is included in the prices.

1.9 On our website you can calculate the final price including discount for early bookings.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Cancellation of a reservation made
by you can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, the client shall not be liable for a cancellation penalty, except in the case of bookings made under special holiday packages, which further describe the booking and cancellation periods.

2.3 In the event of cancellation less than 14 /fourteen/ days prior to arrival, you will be liable for a penalty of 2 /two/ nights of your stay and the balance of your deposit will be refunded.

2.4. In the event of cancellation less than 7 /seven/ days prior to check-in, a penalty of 2 nights of your booking is payable.

2.5 In the event of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

2.6 Belvedere Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel.

In these cases the hotelier:

Offers the client accommodation
for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.

Refund the deposit paid by the
client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a
written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel undertakes to provide the Customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3. Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. All claims related to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The claim shall be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from a responsible person. Within 3 (three) working days after the report has been drawn up, the customer will receive the official statement of the problem from the hotel management.

5.5. No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the customer.

5.6. All prices advertised on the Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel website, as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client, are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe generally accepted standards of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.

5.10. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of the Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in the event of any non-compliance found, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 150.00 BGN.

5.11. Customers using the services of Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

5.12 Belvedere Alexandria Club Hotel reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a booking, they are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of the Hotel Terms and Conditions.

5.14. In all disputes and legal matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com website, the mandatory provisions of law in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
