Accommodation Policy

Анулационна политика и плащания: 
– 30% депозит с плащане до 7 дни след потвърждение на резервацията, доплащанe – до 14 дни преди датата на настаняване;
– No show – 2 нощувки неустойка;
– При ранно напускане на хотела, без основателна причина, платената сума не се възстановява!
Анулация без неустойка – до 7 дни преди датата на пристигане.
За анулации, получени по-малко от 7 дни преди настаняване, се заплаща обезщетение в размер на 2 нощувки от стойността на резервацията.

Туристите, които се настаняват с деца, задължително трябва да носят и да представят на рецепция преди настаняване: Акт за раждане или международен паспорт на децата.

1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation for Hotel Belvedere in one of the following ways:

• send an inquiry from the contact form on our website;

1.2. If the reservation is made directly through the reservation form on our website: https://www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com, it is considered confirmed upon advance payment:
– payment by credit/debit card – immediately
– by bank transfer – within 3 days from the date of reservation.

1.3. For all other reservation methods – after we receive the bank transfer within 3 days from the date of reservation.

1.4. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It describes the type and number of rooms booked, the date of check-in and check-out from the hotel, the number of adults and children specified in the reservation request, the basis of meals and the amount due.

1.5. As a required guarantee deposit, an amount is required that should be transferred within 3 /three/ days from the date of the reservation in the amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the reservation. The additional payment should be made up to 14 days before the date of check-in, for which you will receive. If there are less than 14 days left until the start date, you must pay the full amount.

If you wish to cancel a reservation for which a guarantee deposit has been transferred, sanctions are applied, described below in the cancellation conditions.

1.6. If a deposit is requested in advance, your reservation is valid, but is considered to be finally CONFIRMED after making the specified payment for the specific request and receiving confirmation of payment received.

1.7. If payment is not made within the described period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. You can cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:

• notify us using the contact form on our website.

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 14 (fourteen) days before arrival, the client does not owe a penalty, except in cases of a reservation made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are additionally described.

2.3. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 /fourteen/ days before arrival, you will owe a penalty as follows:
– If you cancel from 13 to 7 days before the check-in date: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
– If you cancel from 6 to 3 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
– If you cancel from 2 days before the check-in date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation

2.4. Hotel Belvedere Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier.
In these cases, the hotelier:
• Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
• Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, and does not owe a penalty to the same.

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out hours:
• Check-in every day after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

3.2. In case of late check-out, each overdue hour is subject to payment in the amount of the late check-out price policy established at the hotel reception.
Reservations are kept until 12:00 p.m. on the respective day of arrival.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. Check-in at the hotel is by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests, and for children – a document certifying their age – a copy of a birth certificate or passport. The data you provide are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulatory acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please read the PRIVACY POLICY OF CUSTOMERS OF “AS Hotels” EOOD (section “Personal Data Policy”).

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Hotel Belvedere undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. Hotel Belvedere undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases when this is economically justified.

5.3. Hotel Belvedere is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.

5.4. All complaints related to the quality of the paid services must be submitted by the client on site at the hotel to eliminate the shortcomings. The submission is made in writing. In case the claims are not satisfied, the client should request a responsible person to draw up a protocol. Within 30 (thirty) days after its compilation, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel management.

5.5. Amounts for requested but unused services in whole or in part due to the client’s fault are not refunded.

5.6. All prices announced on the Belvedere Hotel website, as well as in the hotel’s e-mail messages sent to the client, are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be subject to other offers, promotions and conditions. If additional information about our offers is needed, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. The costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe in them, the restaurants or the common areas of the hotel, as well as for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The client assumes responsibility for observing generally accepted standards of good behavior during his stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are due by the client.

5.10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Hotel Belvedere, according to the provisions of national legislation. Therefore, in case of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee in the amount of 200.00 /two hundred/ leva.

5.11. Clients using the services of Hotel Belvedere must be of legal age according to Bulgarian law /18 (eighteen) years old/. Children are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are required not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

5.12. Hotel Belvedere reserves the right to change the information on this page and the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a client makes a reservation, it is considered that he has read and agrees with this Accommodation Policy. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered acceptance of the Accommodation Policy.

5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not settled with these Accommodation Policy and the Personal Data Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website https://www.hotelbelvedere-bg.com, the mandatory legal provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
